कांग्रेस ने भले ही उस उर्दू अखबार की रिपोर्ट को सिरे से खारिज किया हो जिसमें दावा किया गया था कि राहुल गांधी ने कांग्रेस को मुस्लिमों की पार्टी बताया था। लेकिन अब उसी अखबार में कांग्रेस के अल्पसंख्यक मोर्चे के प्रमुख नदीम जावेद का इंटरव्यू छपा है, जिसमें कांग्रेस नेता ने एक तरह से यह पुष्टि की है कि राहुल गांधी ने कांग्रेस को मुसलमानों की पार्टी बताया था।
